Gabe Ewing del Rio, CMB, AMP
Gabe brings over twenty-five years of affordable housing, development, construction, and finance to the team. As a Certified Mortgage Banker, he has billions of dollars in affordable lending experience and has raised tens of millions in grants for affordable housing programs. Gabe is Chairman of the Homeownership Council of America, and recently returned to live with his family in Southwest Harbor, where he serves on the Board of Harbor House.
Noel Musson
Noel has over twenty-five years of experience in planning, economic development, and permitting. A professional land use planner with a Master's in Community Planning from the Muskie School at USM, he has deep expertise in Maine's regulatory landscape -- from coastal harbor planning to complex multi-sector permitting. Noel grew up on Mount Desert Island and has a lifelong connection with the coast of Maine. He serves on the Board of Harbor House in Southwest Harbor.
Susanne Paul
Susanne is an urban planning, policy, and GIS professional with two decades of experience across nonprofits, government agencies, and regional planning organizations. She holds a Master's Degree in City and Regional Planning from PennDesign and is currently Co-Chair of the Maine Association of Planners Legislative Policy Committee. She serves on the board of the MDI YMCA.
